As a HVAC Service Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated engineering team, working across a diverse range of HVAC systems. You will carry out planned maintenance and respond to service calls, ensuring systems remain reliable, efficient, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Engineer
- Work independently across split/multi split systems, DX and CW FCUs
- Compile dilapidation reports
- Complete works on VRV and VRF condensers and CRAC units independently
- Carry out PPM visits and repair works.
- Complete advanced fault finding
- Ensure accurate reports of work are on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.
- Develop understanding Health and Safety regulations
Desired Skillset and Characteristics:
- Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent
- Category 1 F Gas qualification or equivalent
- Full driving licence
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both the engineering team and office team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- High level of self-motivation
- Ability to utilise manufacturers service software
- A sound understanding of data and how it is used.
- Ability to work on other types of equipment such as chillers, AHUs and refrigeration is desirable.
