£28k - £32k (DOE) + Benefits
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday working on a rota basis (May – Nov) paid in addition to basic salary

This dynamic event management company tailors’ experiences for a wide range of clients. They offer event planning, venue sourcing, design and on-the-day coordination. They transform visions into seamless memorable occasions from conferences to high end temporary stage settings to all major festivals and tours across the UK and Europe.
An exciting opportunity has become vacant to join the team as a driven, resourceful, tenacious individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment . Somone that is confident, enjoys working as part of a team to create a seamless, well organised event that is quick to learn with a role up sleeves approach and not shy of getting the job done. You will need to work to strict deadlines, work alongside the sales and projects team and be expected to assist in other areas when required.
The ideal applicant will have come from a fast-paced events background, construction, scaffolding industry or similar.
Due to location, a car driver would be preferable but not essential.
The Role:
- Processing sales enquiries & sending quotations
- Taking enquiries over the telephone and email
- Assisting with researching and gathering information online and in-house
- Producing quotations and supporting information
- Following up enquiries on the telephone and by email
- All other sales related administration
- Updating internal spreadsheets
- Building lasting relationships with clients to secure multi-year deals
- Support with Marketing content
- Producing job files and other documentation
- Ordering items required on site
- Liaising with Crew on site
- Liaising with the Operations team
- Requesting design and calcs
- Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Collating all Drawings and Health & Safety Information prior to the project starting
- Agreeing additional work with clients
- Ensuring the Project stays within budget
- Booking Accommodation and any travel requirements
- Booking all necessary plant equipment required.
About You:
- Possess excellent customer service, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Fully proficient in Microsoft office
- Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
