HGV HIAB Driver

Job Summary:
Due to an increase in workload, Vital Human Resources are looking to expand our professional team of drivers for one of our major clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HIAB driver to handle deliveries across South Yorkshire & Humber.
The ideal candidate will be ateam player, reliable, and trustworthy, with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Safely operate a HIAB-equipped HGV to deliver loads to sites across South Yorkshire & Humber
- Secure and transport goods in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with site managers and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and adhere to company procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HGV Class 2 Licence
- ALLMI HIAB Licence(or equivalent qualification)
- Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Minimum1 year of experiencedriving a goods vehicle
- Strong understanding of safe loading and unloading procedures
- Good geographical knowledge of South Yorkshire & Humber region
- Excellent communication and time management skills

This is a zero hours contract but will guarantee a minimum of 40hrs per week and is paid on a PAYE basis.
