Project Manager – North West & Yorkshire – Refurbishment - £50,000 & Bonus & Company Bonus & Car / Allowance 

I am recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an ever growing North West based specialist refurbishment and listed building contractor. My client are cover heritage works, restoration and listed building refurbishments. 

You  will have experience of delivering heritage refurbishments. Projects will range in value from £500,000 - £(phone number removed) and with average job value circa £2,000,000. You will be expected to be site based on larger projects throughout the North West/Yorkshire, create your own programmes for site using Microsoft Project and organise your own diary, be client facing, ensure site is kept to programme and all forms of H&S are adhered to.

My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path. They have a full order book for the next 22 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth.

• Proven track record of delivering heritage refurbishment projects
• Extensive refurbishment experience
• Proven ability to manage heritage sites
