The Role


We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care, supporting young people with their daily lives, and empowering them to achieve their personal goals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional and practical support tailored to each individual's needs

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required

  • Encourage independence and participation in community activities

  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and external professionals

  • Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures


What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (Essential)
  • Must be a driver with a valid license (Essential)
  • Oliver Mcgowan Trained (Essential)
  • Previous experience in a support or care setting (Essential)
  • A caring and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion
