We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care, supporting young people with their daily lives, and empowering them to achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and practical support tailored to each individual's needs
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required
Encourage independence and participation in community activities
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and external professionals
Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (Essential)
- Must be a driver with a valid license (Essential)
- Oliver Mcgowan Trained (Essential)
- Previous experience in a support or care setting (Essential)
- A caring and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion
