We are currently recruiting two experienced Teaching Assistants to join the team at, a school supporting children aged 5-19 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled and resilient professionals who are passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives. Successful candidates who integrate well into the team may be considered for a permanent position.

About the Role:

  • Support students with SEMH needs in both group and 1:1 settings
  • Implement personalised behaviour strategies

  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff and the wider team

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience working with children or young people - ideally in SEMH or similar settings

  • Ability to build trust quickly with students and staff
  • Resilience in challenging environments; calm under pressure
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
