With lunch service being a key part of the venues success, theyre looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating memorable moments and understands the pace and rhythm of a busy daytime service, while also being confident managing events and evening functions.
This position is key to enhancing the reputation and contributing to the overall success of this remarkable venue.
You must have your own transport to travel to the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and uphold excellent service standards
- Lead from the front, motivating, supporting and developing your team
- Run daily briefings and ensure effective communication throughout the team
- Coordinate private functions and seasonal events, ensuring smooth delivery
- Support with the development of innovative drinks menus to enhance the offering
Who Theyre Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within hospitality
- A natural people person, confident, warm and genuinely passionate about service
- Proven ability to manage events and busy services with a calm, organised approach
- Commercially aware, with an eye for detail and a desire to exceed expectations
