As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing fresh energy and leading a team. With lunch service being a key part of the venues success, theyre looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating memorable moments and understands the pace and rhythm of a busy daytime service, while also being confident managing events and evening functions.
You must have your own transport to travel to the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and uphold excellent service standards
- Lead from the front, motivating, supporting and developing your team
- Run daily briefings and ensure effective communication throughout the team
- Coordinate private functions and seasonal events, ensuring smooth delivery
- Support with the development of innovative drinks menus to enhance the offering
Who Theyre Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within hospitality
- A natural people person, confident, warm and genuinely passionate about service
- Proven ability to manage events and busy services with a calm, organised approach
- Commercially aware, with an eye for detail and a desire to exceed expectations
