Basic Salary: 拢45,000pa + Excellent Bonus Scheme
Working Hours: No Weekends
Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30

Responsibilities of a Parts Manager
路Develop and implement a parts sales strategy (e.g. increasing the number and value of customers) for the Branch
路Ensure parts purchase, parts sales and profit margin targets are achieved
路Conduct customer visits to increase the customer base and maintain relationships with existing customers
路To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs, providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service
路To lead, motivate, coach, appraise and develop the team of parts advisors and drivers to achieving their personal objectives, required accreditations, that is in line with your department's goals
路Supervise and control the daily activities of the Parts Department staff, develop a team environment to ensure a high level of customer service is offered and maintained
路Control all stock ordering and stock checking
路Ensure that all procedures for handling cash, credit / debit card accounts are adhered to in accordance with CWG policies
路To be fully aware of and adhere to the usual trading terms and account procedures of the dealership
路Maintain the Parts Department standards, adhere to and uphold all ISO & Brand audit requirements
路Comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, COSHH requirements, company policies and standard procedures at all times

- Problem solving skills
- Strong systems skills with the ability to use all appropriate modules of the Dealer Management System
