We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our central team at our client. About the RoleAs the Client Communications Manager (Contact Centre Manager), you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, drive client retention, and ensure practice diaries are optimally filled. You'll play a key role in analysing performance data, making strategic recommendations, and ensuring seamless communication with our valued client base.Key Responsibilities* Lead, coach, and inspire the contact centre team to meet and exceed targets.* Monitor and adapt recall and inbound processes to maximise appointment bookings.* Champion smart booking practices across all locations.* Manage communication templates and ensure brand consistency across all client touch points.* Support the integration of newly acquired practices into the communications process.* Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to enhance client engagement.What We're Looking For* Proven experience in a senior contact centre role.* Strong leadership and coaching skills.* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.* A proactive, data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
