As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the heartbeat of our Operations Team, delivering first-class service to all our customers throughout their journey with us. You will manage customer queries from beginning to end, provide technical advice, schedule appointments, and handle all communications professionally across multiple platforms including phone, email, webchat, and social media. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and promote a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
