Our client is an established, family-run company looking for an experienced Administrator with experience in Imports/Exports to join their operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a people-focused company.
This is a fully office-based role and hours are Monday to Friday.
The role:
- Liaising with customers and clients via phone and email.
- Providing quotes.
- Providing updates on orders and lead times
- Calculate and advise rates to customers & the external sales team
- Deal with Invoice and price disputes.
- Work with rate sheets.
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers.
- Price up bookings and monitor and maintain pricing inbox.
- Updating Excel spreadsheets with relevant data.
- Preparing documents.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Confident user of all Microsoft packages.
- Organised and able to manage own workload.
- Willing to learn new skills.
