An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary consultancy practice known for its design quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed architectural design information individually or as part of a team.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and project leads to ensure design integrity and compliance.
Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring key deadlines and quality standards are met.
Engage with clients, consultants, and third-party suppliers to gather requirements and integrate input into the design.
Ensure all outputs align with current regulations, including Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
Requirements:
Experience in architectural technology, ideally within the housing or retrofit sector.
Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND or Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline).
Experience with PAS2035 and Retrofit Standards is highly desirable.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong understanding of planning regulations and compliance processes.
