An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary consultancy practice known for its design quality and innovation. With a team comprising Architects, Technologists, Principal Designers, Surveyors, BIM specialists, and sustainability experts, this practice is committed to improving lives through intelligent, purposeful design.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed architectural design information individually or as part of a team.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and project leads to ensure design integrity and compliance.

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring key deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Engage with clients, consultants, and third-party suppliers to gather requirements and integrate input into the design.

  • Ensure all outputs align with current regulations, including Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.


Requirements:

  • Experience in architectural technology, ideally within the housing or retrofit sector.

  • Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND or Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline).

  • Experience with PAS2035 and Retrofit Standards is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong understanding of planning regulations and compliance processes.
