Elevation Recruitment are working with a fantastic manufacturing business based in Shipley who are looking for a temporary Production Coordinator for around 3 to 6 months to start ASAP within the Production Admin and Supply team.Main Duties:

  • Providing Quotes for the sales teams
  • Distribute production schedules and timelines
  • Create PO numbers for works orders
  • Track production progress and identify any delays or issues
  • Work with the parts department to ensure they are issued to the shop floor
  • Update completed operations
  • Stock Checks and reordering of missing parts
  • Check any surplus stock
  • Support with any production admin requests in the team
  • Work with the shop floor to arrange picking, packing and shipping
  • Close down completed production orders

Required Skills:You must have worked within a production environment before and have knowledge of working on production schedules. Knowledge of MS Excel or MRP systems
