Join Major Recruitment as a FLT Driver!
Major Recruitment are pleased to be working with a leading international automotive business with large premises in Baildon/ Shipley area, who are seeking an experienced FLT driver to join the team on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities of FLT Driver:
- Operate FLT truck in a factory setting (Counterbalance or Reach depending on the department)
- Load and unload containers
- Store and count stock within the warehouse
- Pick parts as required
- Perform manual handling tasks
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Follow manufacturing processes and plans
- Handle potentially heavy items safely
Requirements:
- Previous experience driving an FLT truck
- Valid FLT truck license (Reach or Counterbalance)
- Ability to perform manual handling safely
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
- Strong work ethic
- Effective time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Shifts:
Weekly alternating.
Week 1:Monday-Thursday:6am-2pm , Friday : 6am-11am
Week 2:Monday-Thursday:2pm-10pm,Friday:11am-4pm
Pay Rate:
13.26/ hour
