The Role:As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll be the face of the company — delivering a warm welcome and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. In addition to receptionist duties, you will provide light executive support to senior staff, helping to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage meeting room bookings and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for senior staff
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and presentations
- Support with travel bookings and other administrative tasks as required
About You:
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or executive assistant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Discreet, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism
