Our client is an established, family-run company looking for an experienced TEMPORARY Administrator to join their operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a people-focused company.

This is a fully office-based 20 hours per week.

The role:

  • Liaising with customers and clients via phone and email.
  • Providing quotes.
  • Providing updates on orders and lead times
  • Calculate and advise rates to customers & the external sales team
  • Deal with Invoice and price disputes.
  • Work with rate sheets.
  • Price up bookings and monitor and maintain pricing inbox.
  • Preparing export documents.

About you:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Confident user of all Microsoft packages.
  • Organised and able to manage own workload.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
