As the Scheduling and Planning Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our project activities are completed on time and within budget. You'll oversee the Field Administration Team, optimising manpower utilisation in Field Operations while ensuring engineering visits align with Client SLA requirements. By streamlining scheduling and resource allocation, you will enhance communication and operational efficiency, ultimately driving the success of our projects.
Hours of Work: Full-time hours with flexible options available.
Scheduling and Planning Team Leader Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in scheduling and planning (engineering sector preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and coaching expertise, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid understanding of engineering principles and contractual scheduling.
