White Label are excited to be working with a long-standing mechanical engineering specialist in their search for aTechnical Sales Engineer to play a crucial role in maintaining existing customer relationships within the machinery sector. This position offers the chance to work with a dynamic sales team and contribute significantly to growth and success of the business.
Please note this role will involve regular travel to Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Key Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Engineer EMEA:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers
- Manage existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities
- Lead projects to improve delivery times and manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure product quality
- Develop and implement customer feedback strategies
- Travel frequently to customer sites across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to install and service equipment - full training will be provided
Qualifications and Skills of the Technical Sales Engineer:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is desirable
- Strong technical understanding and ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience within the machinery industry is desirable
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice
- Resilience and ability to handle challenging situations effectively
Salary & Package details:
- Competitive basic salary up to £60k
