Job Title: Apprenticeship Programme Manager (Accountancy Levels 2, 3, 4, and 7)

The Role: As our dynamic Apprenticeship Manager, you'll lead the charge in overseeing accountancy apprenticeship programmes (Levels 2, 3, 4, and 7). You'll inspire and manage a team of skills coaches, ensuring exceptional training and compliance. Plus, you'll spearhead the development of new Level 4 programmes and adapt to evolving standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Management: Drive the planning, delivery, and evaluation of apprenticeship programmes. Ensure compliance and boost completion rates.
  • Team Leadership: Empower and manage the apprenticeship team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor training quality and champion continuous improvements.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure programmes meet regulatory requirements and maintain precise records.
  • Adaptation to Changes: Keep programmes fresh and aligned with industry standards.
  • System Management: Innovate and enhance e-portfolio and data management systems.
  • Learner Support: Provide expert guidance and swiftly address concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes, ideally in accountancy.
  • Deep understanding of apprenticeship standards (Levels 2, 3, 4, and 7).
  • Experience with Ofsted inspections and compliance.
  • Stellar leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Desirable:
