Job Title: Contract Supervisor
Location: NEWCASTLE
Salary: 28-30K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

The Contract Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the execution of contracts
ensuring all works are complete efficiently, on time and in accordance with both client specifications and company standards. Review and allocate resource and planning, see jobs through from creation to completion.
Duties and Responsibilities
Data Analysis
Create and manage work instructions
Allocate resource and planning to workloads
Manage tasks and job completion to client requests
Focus on Green Square Accord and South Tyneside Homes Contracts
Qualifications and Experience
Highly Experienced in Excel data management
Client facing, fast paced, used to a challenge
Can create work instructions, good communication with field operatives and clients
Any relevant industry qualifications - building/fire safety

This is a permanent role we are offering based in the Newcastle office.
The rate of pay we are offering is 28,000 - 30,000 per annum depending on experience, based on a 40 hour working week.
Plus the opportunity to earn up to 350.00 per quarter.
