Job Title: Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Midlands (Birmingham-based)

Due to continued growth, our client are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join theirteam.
This role requires excellent client-facing skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the work.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across the Midlands.

Diagnose and resolve faults, providing clear reporting via electronic worksheets.

Work within a 40-mile radius of our Birmingham office.

Ensure safe working practices in line with health & safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements

Fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer with C&G 2079 F-Gas certification.

Experience in service and maintenance.

NVQ / C&G Level 2 in Refrigeration (or equivalent).

Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.

Excellent communication and client-facing ability.

Full, valid UK driving licence.
