You will be championing Quality and Curriculum across the organisation, with a key emphasis on SEND. Working closely with curriculum teams and employers, you'll enhance learner outcomes and drive progress in achievement and social mobility.

SEND Quality & Curriculum Lead: Essentials

  • Teaching qualification (DTLLS, CertEd, PGCE or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in SEND strategy, curriculum design and quality assurance
  • Experience supporting apprenticeship and post 16 learners
  • Willingness to travel for shadowing and employer visits
