Purpose of the role: SEND Quality & Curriculum Lead
You will be championing Quality and Curriculum across the organisation, with a key emphasis on SEND. Working closely with curriculum teams and employers, you'll enhance learner outcomes and drive progress in achievement and social mobility.
SEND Quality & Curriculum Lead: Essentials
- Teaching qualification (DTLLS, CertEd, PGCE or equivalent)
- Proven experience in SEND strategy, curriculum design and quality assurance
- Experience supporting apprenticeship and post 16 learners
- Willingness to travel for shadowing and employer visits
