Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Shoreham-by-Sea
Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and caring LSAs to join our client mainstream primary school in Shoreham-by-Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide essential support to pupils and contribute to their educational journey in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Contract Details:
Location: Shoreham-by-Sea (West Sussex)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: Minimum 13.96 per hour
Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Requirements and Qualifications:
A patient and nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Enthusiasm for creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
A willingness to adapt and support pupils with different learning needs.
Self-reflective, with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
Experience supporting children in an educational setting is desirable.
Eligibility:
Right to work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Provide two professional child-related references.
