Bar Staff required Shrewsbury £12.50 per hour Full-time and Part-time roles available, immediate start!
About Us:We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team in Shrewsbury town centre. Bar experience is essential as you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional customer service while handling high-volume drink orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, provide excellent customer service, and deliver orders promptly.
- Implement the Challenge 25 Policy and check IDs as required.
- Recommend drinks and snacks to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain stock levels and cleanliness of the bar area.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of bartender or server experience.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes is advantageous.
- Friendly and positive attitude with effective communication skills.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Key Skills:
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High standards of organisation, punctuality, and professionalism.
