What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in a children's residential setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in children's residential workforce
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards & safeguarding
  • Experience managing budgets and rotas
  • Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
  • Full UK driving licence
