What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years' experience in a children's residential setting
- NVQ Level 3 in children's residential workforce
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards & safeguarding
- Experience managing budgets and rotas
- Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
- Full UK driving licence
Your Role Includes:
- Support the Home Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver therapeutic, high-quality care.
- Be a positive role model for staff and children alike.
- Manage rotas, budgets, and ensure we meet Ofsted standards.
