Your Role as a Senior PPC Specialist

As a Senior PPC Specialist, you’ll take ownership of paid search strategies for ecommerce clients. You’ll drive performance across Google, Meta, and Microsoft platforms to deliver exceptional revenue growth and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead PPC strategy and execution across Google Search, Performance Max, and Display

  • Optimise campaigns for ROAS, average order value, and conversions

  • Conduct search term analysis, A/B testing, and account restructuring

  • Manage feed optimisation for search, social, affiliate, and CSS platforms

  • Implement remarketing strategies and audience segmentation

  • Use Google Ads Scripts for enhanced Performance Max insights

  • Oversee conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, and third-party APIs (with dev support)

  • Stay ahead of industry trends including AI, automation, and data privacy

  • Assist with new business pitches and PPC account audits

  • Deliver internal and client-facing training on PPC best practices

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in an agency or ecommerce role

  • Proven success managing and scaling Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns

  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models

  • Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Looker Studio, and other key PPC tools

  • Relevant certifications (Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads preferred)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly

  • A genuine passion for ecommerce, PPC, AI, and digital marketing

Desirable Extras
  • Experience in SEO, Paid Social, Amazon Ads, Affiliate Marketing, or Email Marketing
