A global FM and property management company is seeking a maintenance professional for a healthcare facility in Shrewsbury.
The role involves general building fabric maintenance, including PPMs, minor plumbing, carpentry, and painting and decorating.
Candidates must have experience in a client-facing maintenance role to be considered for this position.
The working hours are 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00.
The salary for this role is £30,720, with additional overtime, 25 days of holiday, and a pension contribution of 3% to 5%.

You will be responsible for general building fabric maintenance andincluding PPM,s,minor plumbing ,carpentry, painting and decoratingetc,within a healthcare facility in Shrewsbury.

The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role.
The normal working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday 14.00- 22.00

The Salary:
Salary is30,720+ OT +25 days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
