An opportunity has opened for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a manufacturing company based in Shrewsbury. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Electrical Engineer with design experience for systems and any knowledge or experience of PLC, SCADA or HMI would be beneficial.
The company are happy to speak with candidate who may be on the Junior side looking to gain more experience or more experienced Engineers looking for a change!
Electrical Design Engineer Key Skills:
- Experience within Electrical Engineering
- Any system design experience would be beneficial
- CAD knowledge
- PLC, SCADA or HMI experience
- Fault finding knowledge
- Panel layout experience
Electrical Design Engineer Responsibilities:
- Working with the rest of the Engineering team, designing new products and concepts
- Using CAD for panel layouts, electrical schematics and PLC wiring
- Fault finding existing systems
- Documentation and keeping BOM up to date
- Keeping to safety regulations and within risk assessments
