Electrical maintenance engineer

We’re Hiring! Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Nights (4 on, 4 off) 

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a passion for automation and robotics?
We’re growing our engineering team and looking for a skilled, proactive engineer to join us on our night shift (4 on, 4 off) schedule.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, robotics, and production machinery

• Diagnosing faults on PLCs, automation systems, and robotic equipment

• Working closely with the engineering and production teams to maximise uptime and performance

• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site

What we’re looking for:

• Electrical Maintenance Engineer Time-served or qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / ONC / HNC or equivalent)

• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing environments

• Hands-on experience with robotics, control systems, motors, and drives

• A problem-solver with a passion for technology, safety, and efficiency

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off – Nights

Location: Shropshire

Salary: £45,000
