About the Roles
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress.
- Help create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
- Assist with classroom management, preparation of learning resources, and general administrative tasks.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to contribute to a supportive school community.

Requirements
- Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred).
- A caring, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential.
