- Umbrella: £26/hour
- PAYE: £20.93/hour
- Provide high-quality mental health care to service users in the community.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Act as a care coordinator for a defined caseload.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and monitor progress.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies.
- Participate in duty rota and respond to urgent mental health needs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a community mental health setting.
- Strong assessment and risk management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
