Role Overview
As a Business Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Teaching Business at KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level), delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire students and cultivate a passion for the subject.

Developing a curriculum that challenges students, encourages critical thinking, and prepares them for further study or the workplace.

Providing personalized support to students and creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success.

Monitoring and assessing student progress to ensure that all learners achieve their potential.

Actively participating in departmental meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities to enhance the Business education experience.
About You

A degree in Business or a related field.

PGCE or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (A-Level).

A passion for Business education and a commitment to inspiring students.

Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

Salary
The salary for this Business Teacher position will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS/UPS).
