Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of housing investments? Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Investment Manager to join their Asset Management Team. If you have a passion for property investment and a knack for team leadership, this could be your next exciting challenge.

### What You'll Do:

As our new Investment Manager, you will:

  • Lead the Charge: Implement an annual investment plan for the organisations property portfolio, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Drive Change: Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee capital and revenue investment plans, ensuring effective budget management for a portfolio exceeding £20 million annually.
  • Inspire Teams: Directly manage a team of 3 contract managers and oversee the investment team, setting ambitious targets and conducting appraisals to nurture talent.

### What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry and a comprehensive understanding of building regulations and health and safety legislation.
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and engaging customers in shaping service delivery.
  • A relevant degree in Building Maintenance/Construction or equivalent, along with professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB).
  • A full driving licence and the flexibility to travel as needed.
