Are you a proven Quality Manager ready to drive excellence in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment?

We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to take full ownership of quality management systems and lead our dedicated quality team. This critical role is centred on maintaining the highest levels of product quality, ensuring IATF 16949 compliance, and driving continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Own Quality: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to IATF 16949 standards.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a small team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

  • Drive Improvement: Utilise Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis to identify and implement process improvements, impacting key metrics (e.g., customer complaints, PPM).

  • Customer & Supplier Focus: Act as the primary quality contact for key customers and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular audits and maintain impeccable documentation and reporting.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager in an automotive manufacturing environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and application. Ideally a certified Lead Auditor.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in quality tools (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).

  • Relevant degree (Engineering/Quality Management).
