Robert Hurst Group are seeking an experienced Air-Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and expanding HVAC company. This is a great opportunity for a capable engineer looking for long-term stability, ongoing development and involvement in a wide range of Commercial and Industrial projects.
You will be responsible for installing a range of air-conditioning systems, working from first fix through to completion. The role involves working independently on site as well as coordinating with project teams, mentoring junior engineers/apprentices when required, and participating in an out-of-hours rota.
Key Responsibilities:

Installation of commercial and industrial air-conditioning systems

Delivering work to current industry and quality standards

Supporting and guiding less experienced team members on site
 -
Reading and interpreting drawings, schematics and installation plans
 -
Ensuring professional communication and customer care
 -
Adhering to company procedures, compliance requirements and health & safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience working with AC systems
 -
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in refrigeration/air conditioning
 -
Strong technical understanding of AC and refrigeration equipment
 -
Ability to work from technical drawings and diagrams
 -
Confident working independently or as part of a wider team
 -
F-Gas certification – essential
 -
Experience using field-based service or job management apps
 -
Full UK driving licence
 -
Own hand tools
 -
Able to pass a basic DBS check if required
