As a Patient Booker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the care they need. Your contribution will make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families!

You will receive training on any systems used within the role.

  • Experience in Endoscopy booking is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Booking Appointments: Schedule patient appointments efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all necessary information is collected.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate schedules and optimise patient flow.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and update patient information in our systems.
  • Follow-Up: Reach out to patients for appointment reminders and follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
