About the role:
Full-time, long-term position starting January 2026
Supporting children in Year 1 and Year 2 with their learning and wellbeing
Assisting teachers in delivering fun, engaging lessons and targeted interventions
Supporting children with SEND to ensure an inclusive and nurturing classroom
About you:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred, but we welcome experienced unqualified candidates
Experience working with children in schools or SEND units
Positive, energetic, and passionate about supporting children's development
Patient, approachable, and confident in managing behaviour
