Service Coordinator
Location: Cheshire

£25,397 - £29,000 plus annual company performance bonus, private pension, private healthcare and 30 days holiday inclusive of statutory days (increasing to 33 days)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our fast-paced Service team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven work scheduling and planning experience in a similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate external engineering teams nationally.
  • Book scheduled visits and manage reactive requests efficiently.
  • Respond to client requests promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, management, engineers and colleagues.
  • Use strong commercial and geographic knowledge to optimise team efficiency.
  • Manage engineering team diaries and ensure necessary paperwork and parts are available.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
  • Organise workloads efficiently while maintaining and improving company procedures.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety policies and assist with any additional duties as required.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Excellent geographic knowledge.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Methodical with strong attention to detail.
  •  

Skills & Competencies:

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable team player.
  • Strong prioritisation and workload management skills.
  • Able to multitask and respond to changing demands.
