We're working with a school in Shrewsbury that is looking to appoint a committed and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs on a full-time, supply basis from the start of the new term.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH, in a supportive and structured learning environment.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with additional needs, both 1:1 and in small groups

Helping students access learning and stay engaged in lessons

Assisting teachers with behaviour management and classroom routines

Promoting emotional wellbeing and inclusion across the school day

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience working with SEN pupils (in education, care, or youth settings)

Is calm, resilient, and confident working with challenging behaviours

Builds strong relationships with students and staff
