We are recruiting staff to support a specialist school supporting pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties and complex needs.

What You'll Do:
- Offer 1:1 and smaller group support in the classroom and across daily activities.
- Assist pupils with communication, behaviour, and learning challenges.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and staff to deliver personalised support.
- Adapt resources and approaches to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
- Support positive behaviour and help pupils develop social and communication skills.
