We have an exciting brand new opportunity for a full time Team Secretary to join our London subsidiary administration team. This role will be based in our Head office in Sidcup with some occasional travel to our ST Albans, Forest Lane service particularly in the first few months , mileage will be paid.

The role is 39 hours per week Monday-Thursday 9am – 5:30pm and Friday 9am-5pm.

In this role you will provide an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support service to our Senior Operations Managers, Service Managers and their team’s including supporting our Personal Assistant and Regional Director.

The hiring manager would like to interview on an ad-hoc basis, so this role may close earlier then stated if a successful candidate is found.

  • Undertake all aspects of diary, meeting and activity management for Senior Operations Manager and their teams
  • Assist in the development, collation and distribution of a range of documents including easy read
  • Maintain internal databases and where required produce reports from the databases
  • Liaise and consult with internal functions and external agencies as relevant to specific projects
  • Minute meetings as required
  • Provide/share reception cover as required
  • Carry out any other duties as required

  • Experience of secretarial and office administration work
  • Knowledge of IT systems, databases and MS Office
  • Driver with own car due to potential travel to other sites (or able/willing to travel to other sites on public transport)
  • Experience of copy and audio typing (desirable)
  • Able to prioritise own workload and be self-motivated
  • Good attention to detail and self-motivated
  • Able to uphold confidentiality
  • Able to communicate at all levels
