About the RoleQuality & Compliance Advisor working in the electronic security sector within Rail, Electrical Substation's and Utilities environment. The Advisor shall take ownership of our Information Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with industry standards, helping us deliver safe, reliable, and accredited security solutions.  The Advisor shall play a key role in maintaining our ISO 9001 and 27001 certification, supporting audits, and driving a culture of compliance and quality across the business.  Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. - Conduct internal audits and prepare for UKAS/NSI/Achilles/RISQS external audits. - Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements. - Support project teams in implementing QA/QC processes in security installation projects. - Provide training, guidance, and advice on compliance and quality best practice. - Manage documentation, non-conformance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Good communication and influencing skills.  Requirements- ISO 9001 qualification (Lead Auditor / CQI-IRCA recognised preferred). - Previous experience in quality or compliance within construction, engineering, or electronic security. - Strong knowledge of auditing processes and compliance frameworks. - Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. - Ability to work with operational teams and external auditors.  Desirable- Knowledge of other standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). - Familiarity with NSI Gold, SSAIB, or SIA Approved Contractor Scheme requirements. - Experience in the fire & security installation sector.  What We Offer- Competitive salary (dependent on experience). - Permanent, stable role in a growing company. - Opportunities for professional development (CQI membership, Lead Auditor training). - Supportive team environment with career progression opportunities.
