Job Title: FRA Carpenters (x5) – London
Salary: £39,000 per annum + Van + Fuel Card

Are you a skilled Carpenter with experience in Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works? We are currently recruiting 5 experienced FRA Carpenters on behalf of a leading contractor to cover various locations across London.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out fire door installations, upgrades, and maintenance
Fire stopping and general passive fire protection works
Working to FRA specifications and compliance standards
Working across social housing, public buildings, and commercial premises

Requirements:

Proven experience with FRA-related carpentry work
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry
Valid CSCS Card (Blue or higher preferred)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Experience with fire doors (installation and remedial works)
Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance regulations

Desirable:

FIRAS, BM Trada, or other relevant fire door qualifications
Asbestos Awareness (can be provided if needed)
Own tools (power tools provided if necessary)
