Our client is a leading care home group dedicated to providing exceptional person-centred care. You will be working 40 hours a week, 2 supernumerary shifts and 2 clinical 12 hour shifts 7:45am 8pm DAYS ONLY.
The Clinical Deputy Manager will:
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Work 40 hours per week with alternate weekends.
- 2 days as supernumerary 9-5 & 2 days working on the units 12 hour shifts
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families to build strong relationships.
- Ensure excellent quality outcomes for residents.
- Hold an active NMC pin.
