Position:            Fire Door Carpenter
Location:           Kent & Surrounding
Job Type:           Permanent OR Fixed term contract
Salary:               £39,000 Overtime Van Fuel Card 28 Days holiday
Start Date:         November 2025

About Us:

Investing in homes and neighbourhoods, social housing specialist. This particular role is working within the Fire team specifically flat entrance doors. Carrying out fire safety checks, door safety, fireproofing, making sure current rules and regulations are up to date. Once the Carpenter has gained entry they will they evaluate the standards of the door.

Responsibilities:

• Flat entry door maintenance
• Remedials
• Using a PDA device

Requirements:

• 2 Years carpentry experience
• Proven experience in flat door entry / fire door / social housing
• Ability to use PDA
  
  Preferred: NVQ Carpentry Level 2
