Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide general classroom support or specialised assistance in the absence of regular staff members.
- Work across various locations including Sutton, Croydon, Merton, Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley, Bromley.
- Adapt to different educational environments and maintain high standards of support.
- Utilise strong communication and organisational skills to assist with classroom activities effectively.
- Engage with students to foster a positive learning environment and contribute to their academic growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant teaching assistant qualifications or experience.
- A minimum of 3 months' UK teaching assistant experience within the past 4 years, including university placements.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to professional standards and student development.
- Right to work in the UK.
