- Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships through high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of audit professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and practices.
- Participate in the firm's business development activities.
- Review financial statements and audit reports.
- Contribute to the firm's risk management and quality control procedures.
Profile
A successful Audit Manager should have:
- Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in audit and assurance within a professional services environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
