Role Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across multiple industries
- Plan, supervise, and review audit, accounts, and corporation tax work for your portfolio
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships and ensure expectations are met and exceeded
- Coordinate advisory projects and collaborate with other departments on cross-service matters
- Oversee and mentor a team of audit staff, providing technical support and facilitating professional development
- Take responsibility for portfolio management, including setting budgets, billing, and monitoring profitability
- Contribute to the evolution of the audit and assurance offering, supporting technical updates and exploring new business opportunities
- Work directly with Partners and Directors to enhance client delivery and plan for regulatory changes

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualification, with at least 5 years post-qualified experience in an accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Well-rounded IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
- A natural interest in the growth of the business, with ideas for improving processes and adding value to clients
- £60,000 to £75,000 per annum
