• Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across multiple industries
• Plan, supervise, and review audit, accounts, and corporation tax work for your portfolio
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships and ensure expectations are met and exceeded
• Coordinate advisory projects and collaborate with other departments on cross-service matters
• Oversee and mentor a team of audit staff, providing technical support and facilitating professional development
• Take responsibility for portfolio management, including setting budgets, billing, and monitoring profitability
• Contribute to the evolution of the audit and assurance offering, supporting technical updates and exploring new business opportunities
• Work directly with Partners and Directors to enhance client delivery and plan for regulatory changes

• ACA or ACCA qualification, with at least 5 years post-qualified experience in an accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Well-rounded IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
• A natural interest in the growth of the business, with ideas for improving processes and adding value to clients

• £60,000 to £75,000 per annum
