An established company are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team. The Administrator role includes assisting the wider team through successfully managing the day-to-day administrative duties and ensuring the successful delivery of business activities.

  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding project enquiries, updates, and changes
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including sales agreements and purchase orders
  • Liaising with customers, communicating updates, deadlines, and changes
  • Creating and managing schedules
  • Managing subcontractors and external teams as necessary
  • Developing and maintaining trackers and reports to ensure data is accurate
  • Producing detailed reports for the wider team to progress works
  • Providing summaries and detailed reports for colleagues and clients
  • Ensuring site-based colleagues are provided with required information
  • Managing calendars and required information
  • Maintaining in-house and client portals, ensuring company compliance
  • Monitoring compliance documentation, including accreditation, policies, and risk management
  • Assisting with data maintenance and cleansing

Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A confident communicator, both spoken and written with the ability to liaise with clients and external stakeholders
